Radish sprouts are ready to eat in 3-4 days.
These contain a large amount of protein, vitamins A, B₁, B₂, C, E and K. Compared to full-grown radishes, micro-plants contain 4 times more magnesium, and they also contain iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and zinc. Vitamin C allows better absorption of iron and calcium. The protein content is 30-35%.
