Red clover sprouts are ready in 5–6 days.
They contain: vitamins A, B₁₂, C, E and K, and while they do not have the same content of minerals as other shoots, they still offer a small amount of calcium, iron, phosphorus, zinc, selenium and magnesium.
May contribute to weight loss, add energy, improve eye health, promote digestion, improve liver and gallbladder function, reduce the symptoms of PMS and menopause, help to cleanse the body, relieve skin rashes, eczema and psoriasis, and can relieve the symptoms of colds, sore throat, swelling of the lymphatic system and bronchitis. Since the red clover microgreens contain oestrogen, it is not recommended for women who have breast cancer.
Use in: salads, smoothies, sandwiches, pasta dishes, soups for garnishing, etc.
