PEPPERGRASS seeds for growing shoots

The shoots of watercress or yellowcress have three small leaves and a spicy peppery taste. They have bright green leaves consisting of three leaflets and a spicy aroma.

Peppergrass shoots are ready in 6–8 days. 

Peppergrass shoots contain vitamins A, C and K, and small amounts of vitamins B1, B2, B6 and E, folate, pantothenic acid, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium and copper.

Benefits: strong antioxidant, contains many phytochemical substances that can reduce the risk of developing certain types of cancer, as well as the risk of cardiovascular disease. Minerals and vitamins K can prevent the development of osteoporosis, and thanks to the high content of vitamin C, they are good for the immune system.

Use: as a garnish for salads, in soups, sandwiches, pesto and egg dishes.
